Handmade mustards available in bulk
Our mustards are available in cases of 12 × 170g glass jars with a tamper-proof seal, 1kg, 2.5kg and 10kg food grade plastic tubs for trade customers.
All the 170g jars can be bar-coded.
All mustards are date-stamped for two years from date of manufacture.
Please make sure that mustard is stored in an ambient temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Other products available to trade customers
Our Picante Sauce is available in 170g glass jars with a tamper-proof label.
Our Mustard Rub is available in 100g glass jars and 800g food grade plastic tubs. Both products are date-stamped for two years.

At the moment we make own-label mustards for four other companies including breweries and tourist attractions.

Food safety and premises
Food Safety is a priority at Shaken Oak. We have implemented a HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) structure, which means that each critical stage in production is checked. Our HACCP structure is updated at regular intervals to include any new control points.
Our premises are registered with West Oxfordshire District Council in accordance with current food regulations and have been inspected and approved by the local environmental health department.
Shaken Oak Products have had a Five Star Food Hygiene Rating since 1995.
All our products comply with current EU and UK food regulations.
In 2012 we implemented an Environmental Policy as we recognise the environmental issues associated with the manufacture and retailing of food products.
We believe that good environmental practice is an integral part of how we run our business and endeavour to apply such principles wherever and whenever safe and possible by: sourcing our ingredients from local suppliers, using resources efficiently and minimising waste, using renewable/recyclable materials, saving energy and preventing pollution, supporting local environmental organisations, etc.
